After a rather tough play, Freedom's Don Featherstone got a free kick in the 7th minute. Dylan Duckworth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ritchie Bator in the 8th minute of the match. Freedom's Dylan Duckworth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Freedom from getting a goal against them. If Adam Fronczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Adam Fronczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddie Meehan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Adam Fronczak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Liam Meehan charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Liam Meehan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Liam Meehan hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Ninfield's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Fronczak came free, but Freddie Meehan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dylan Duckworth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mickey Ashton in the 28th minute. Adam Fronczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Freedom's goalkeeper Dylan Duckworth, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 47 minutes into the game, Keanu Harban was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Freedom's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ninfield the free kick. The wind increased when Adam Fronczak made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ritchie Bator in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dylan Duckworth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Freddie Meehan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Fronczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Adam Fronczak hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 63 minutes into the game, when Don Featherstone put in a rough tackle. Felix Best shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After a rather tough play, Ninfield's Steve Clarke got a free kick in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Eduardo Baldovino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Freddie Meehan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dylan Duckworth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mickey Ashton, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, Rueben Gardener left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ninfield fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 82 minutes into the match, Freedom's goal looked a bit too open when Mickey Ashton came free, but Dylan Duckworth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 played minutes Freedom got a freekick which was hit by Gaz Webster. In the 94th minute Rueben Gardener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dylan Duckworth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dylan Duckworth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ritchie Bator, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ninfield had played much better football throughout.
