FC Muie Steaua's Perry Speight played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Phil Barnett in the 11th minute of play. Rupert Purvis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Perry Speight made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Phil Barnett in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Perry Speight saved FC Muie Steaua from getting behind. With a little luck, FC Muie Steaua's Perry Speight got control of the ball when Rupert Purvis tried to sneak it across the goal line. A throw-in in the 19th minute of the game was made by Rueben Howlett with Lee Blowman as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Perry Speight successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Perry Speight was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the game, Farman FC's Rupert Purvis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Perry Speight made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.
