With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jack Norton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ian York struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Jack Norton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for River Thames FC. After 97th play minutes Ian York shot 8-0, a short shot which went by Jack Norton and just under the crossbar into goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. River Thames FC had played much better football throughout.
