Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ty Kellaway took the kick off in the first half of the match. Drew Merrill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Ben Gaskell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bulwell's Ben Gaskell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marc Broom in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Marc Broom made a precise shot to the right of Ben Gaskell. Bulwell's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beckton's goalkeeper Pierce Bennett, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The throw-in from Jay Beale in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bulwell's Frazer Odell. After a rather tough play, Beckton's Russell Brownlow got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute Ty Kellaway shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierce Bennett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Ty Kellaway managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bulwell's supporters rose to their feet, but Ty Kellaway was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pierce Bennett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pierce Bennett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ty Kellaway in the 34th minute of the match. Frazer Odell who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Pierce Bennett when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 43 minutes into the game, one of Bulwell:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Drew Merrill stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ty Kellaway had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 84thth minute of the game Frazer Odell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beckton's Pierce Bennett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Frazer Odell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ty Kellaway received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Pierce Bennett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Beckton got a freekick which was hit by Joey Childs. If Ty Kellaway had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Bulwell manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Beckton to win.
