After some careless play in the Sutton Valence FC defense, Dale Cummings kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jack Norton. The Sutton Valence FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jack Norton should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Dale Cummings could shoot a difficult shot in the 11th minute, which Jack Norton however easily saved by the left post. Dale Cummings might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jack Norton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dale Cummings ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 15th minute, one of Sutton Valence FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sutton Valence FC. After 25 minutes of play, Friggle FC's Dale Cummings made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jack Norton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jack Norton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dale Cummings in the 28th minute. Jack Norton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dale Cummings, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dale Cummings in the 33rd minute of play forced Sutton Valence FC's goalkeeper Jack Norton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dale Cummings was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Sutton Valence FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dale Cummings came free, but Jack Norton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jack Norton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dale Cummings, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. When Dale Cummings came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Friggle FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dale Cummings couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute Friggle FC were awarded a corner. Rex Jackson went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Friggle FC's Robert Voltri to a score. 7-0 in the 67th minute. Robert Voltri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jack Norton having to make a save. Robert Voltri struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Jack Norton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Friggle FC. If Robert Voltri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jack Norton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Voltri in the 75th minute of the match. Robert Voltri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jack Norton having to make a save. In the 76th minute Robert Voltri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Norton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 77 minutes, Robert Voltri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Friggle FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Voltri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robert Voltri might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jack Norton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robert Voltri ran back to his position shaking his head. Jack Norton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Voltri, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Robert Voltri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jack Norton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Sean Hislop charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sean Hislop the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Friggle FC made a substitution. German Nieto replaced Robert Voltri. A collision led to Sutton Valence FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Sean Hislop hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Friggle FC fully deserved thier win.
