After a defensive mix-up in Warriors's zone, Vincent Allison stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mick Thomson came out of the goal and Vincent Allison tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dom Mills sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Killer Giants FC's zone, Barto Gil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noel Bullock came out of the goal and Barto Gil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes into the game, Killer Giants FC's Ritchie Knight-Percival nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mick Thomson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 18 minutes into the game, Killer Giants FC's Aaron Griffiths nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Griffiths in the 22nd minute of play forced Warriors's goalkeeper Mick Thomson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noel Bullock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yakov Taktarov in the 30th minute of play. Mick Thomson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ritchie Knight-Percival in the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Killer Giants FC's Lucas Froggatt got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes in the game Quint Verlengia got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Killer Giants FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leroy Easter came free, but Noel Bullock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aaron Griffiths to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Killer Giants FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Dom Mills hit a great ball. Ritchie Knight-Percival could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Mick Thomson made a huge save. Aaron Griffiths fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mick Thomson having to interfere. Leroy Easter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Bullock having to interfere. Yakov Taktarov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Noel Bullock didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Barto Gil went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Leroy Easter struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Noel Bullock didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Warriors. Trey Ely could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Mick Thomson made a huge save. In the 86th minute, Buster Browning hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, Warriors's goalkeeper Mick Thomson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ritchie Knight-Percival. Warriors's Mick Thomson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Griffiths in the 93rd minute of play. Mick Thomson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ritchie Knight-Percival in the 95th minute. After 95 played minutes Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Quint Verlengia. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Killer Giants FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
