Martin Snowdon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ben Barr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, The Hungry Toads's goal looked a bit too open when Trev Bilham came free, but Brandon Connor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Trev Bilham notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of The Hungry Toads's Brandon Connor. Brandon Connor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the match, The Hungry Toads's goal looked a bit too open when Trev Bilham came free, but Brandon Connor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Martin Snowdon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ben Barr. Little Harrowden's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Snowdon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Jeff Armitage kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, The Hungry Toads's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Orchard came free, but Brandon Connor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Martin Snowdon notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Little Harrowden's Ben Barr. Ben Barr was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ben Barr made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Martin Snowdon sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martin Snowdon made a kick off. Chris Hopton's late challenge caught a The Hungry Toads's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chris Hopton helped the player get up and apologised. After 51 played minutes Little Harrowden got a freekick which was hit by Chris Hopton. 52 minutes into the match, The Hungry Toads's Niall Basham broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Martin Snowdon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th match minute, The Hungry Toads was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sid Drury to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Trev Bilham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Kirk Burrows had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Little Harrowden defense, Martin Snowdon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ben Barr. The Little Harrowden fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ben Barr should have stopped the shot. Fred Orchard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brandon Connor having to make a save. 69 minutes into the match, The Hungry Toads's goal looked a bit too open when Trev Bilham came free, but Brandon Connor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Little Harrowden's zone, Martin Snowdon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ben Barr came out of the goal and Martin Snowdon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ben Barr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Snowdon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the The Hungry Toads defense, Fred Orchard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brandon Connor. The The Hungry Toads fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brandon Connor should have stopped the shot. Ben Barr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Snowdon in the 88th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Snowdon in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ben Barr prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that The Hungry Toads were the better team. The Hungry Toads's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
