When The Hungry Toads's Martin Snowdon in 12 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Neil Hurst guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Snowdon in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Neil Hurst saved Tottenham Hotspurs from getting behind. In the 16th minute of the match, Seth Mumford got a very nice opportunity to score, but Brandon Connor was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 18th minute Martin Snowdon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neil Hurst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Snowdon in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Neil Hurst prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Tottenham Hotspurs's Tyler Burns got a free kick in the 25th minute. Brandon Connor made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Sol Hurdle sent off a good shot on target. After 34 minutes, Martin Snowdon made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Tottenham Hotspurs's Neil Hurst tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The The Hungry Toads fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when The Hungry Toads's Martin Snowdon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Brandon Connor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Rowling in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 52 played minutes Tottenham Hotspurs got a freekick which was hit by Tyler Burns. If Martin Snowdon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. In the 69th minute, Sonny Ablethorpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, The Hungry Toads's Niall Basham sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Neil Hurst narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Rowling in the 74th minute of play forced The Hungry Toads's goalkeeper Brandon Connor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Tottenham Hotspurs booed when The Hungry Toads was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niall Basham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brandon Connor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Rowling, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 81st minute, David Rowling made a precise shot to the right of Brandon Connor. The Hungry Toads's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Brandon Connor came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Tottenham Hotspurs's Sol Hurdle. But to his dismay, Sol Hurdle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Martin Snowdon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Neil Hurst when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Martin Snowdon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neil Hurst having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Tottenham Hotspurs's goalkeeper Neil Hurst had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Snowdon. Despite being the better team, The Hungry Toads failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
