In the 8th minute, Den Hartshorn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th match minute, Thē Ŵhïppętś was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orson Milburn to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of DAGENHAMS FINEST FC booed when Thē Ŵhïppętś was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philip Ash didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the game's 26th minute DAGENHAMS FINEST FC's Irakliy Belov took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Romeo Lemerond and thus the score was 4-0. Jens-Erik Beckman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Romeo Lemerond skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jens-Erik Beckman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Romeo Lemerond came out and tried to block the shot, but Jens-Erik Beckman slotted it home off the left post making it 7-0 in the 39th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Len Cryan made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Thē Ŵhïppętś's goal looked a bit too open when Graham Symons came free, but Romeo Lemerond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Jens-Erik Beckman managed to get in a good position for a shot. DAGENHAMS FINEST FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens-Erik Beckman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Lemerond breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jens-Erik Beckman in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romeo Lemerond saved Thē Ŵhïppętś from getting behind. A collision led to Thē Ŵhïppętś getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Orson Milburn hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Thē Ŵhïppętś's Louie Bradley got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rdth minute of the game Jens-Erik Beckman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Thē Ŵhïppętś's Romeo Lemerond was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Romeo Lemerond stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jens-Erik Beckman's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Erik Beckman couldn't finish the play.
