Travis Nethercott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janusz Pająk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the game, Brixton Celtics's Janusz Pająk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Travis Nethercott made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 14 minutes, Nial Robinson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Wheeliebins and the Brixton Celtics players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Janusz Pająk in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Travis Nethercott prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute, Janusz Pająk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brixton Celtics fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 23 minutes into the match, Janusz Pająk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Travis Nethercott. The Wheeliebins's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Janusz Pająk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. A collision led to The Wheeliebins getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Lee Rush hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in The Wheeliebins's zone, Janusz Pająk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Travis Nethercott came out of the goal and Janusz Pająk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 33 minutes, Janusz Pająk made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. The Wheeliebins's Travis Nethercott tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Travis Nethercott came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Brixton Celtics's Colin Le Saux. But to his dismay, Colin Le Saux quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Travis Nethercott showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Colin Le Saux in the 38th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Brixton Celtics's Janusz Pająk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Travis Nethercott made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. In the 44th minute Janusz Pająk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Travis Nethercott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-9 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 61st minute of the match, Pat Dry got a very nice opportunity to score, but Travis Nethercott was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With 62 minutes on the clock, Gez Short commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Brixton Celtics booed when The Wheeliebins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gez Short didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brixton Celtics's Ferdinand Leluțiu was substituted for Colin Le Saux. Brixton Celtics made a substitution. CJ Boland replaced Bobby Midson. Gez Short kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Travis Nethercott showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pat Dry in the 64th minute of the match. Travis Nethercott came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Brixton Celtics's Janusz Pająk. But to his dismay, Janusz Pająk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-14. 80 minutes in the game Kirk Fleetwood did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Murdock Askew. In the 83rd minute, Jimmy Stride made a precise shot to the right of Travis Nethercott. The Wheeliebins's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-15. A throw-in in the 87th minute of the game was made by Kirk Fleetwood with Murdock Askew as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Travis Nethercott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Leluțiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Louie Prutton's late challenge caught a Brixton Celtics's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Louie Prutton helped the player get up and apologised. After 92 played minutes Brixton Celtics got a freekick which was hit by Janusz Pająk. Ferdinand Leluțiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Travis Nethercott made a huge save. Brixton Celtics played a much better game than The Wheeliebins and deserved their victory. The The Wheeliebins players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
