Spectators: 8591 (Terracing: 6444, Seating: 1976, VIP seats: 171) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Oscar Drake started the match with the kick off. Hannes Sandwall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Micineanu in the 18th minute of play. After 19 minutes, Oscar Drake made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. CAFC1905's Leandro Gombal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Leandro Gombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Drake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Leicester Foxes Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Fitzgerald came free, but Hannes Sandwall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute CAFC1905 were awarded a corner. Urbasa Uria went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Ross Ingram managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. CAFC1905's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Alan Young scored to the left of an out of position Leandro Gombal, making the score, 2-0. Ian Wilson hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Oscar Drake's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leandro Gombal was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Eduard Micineanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CAFC1905's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Alan Young scored to the left of an out of position Leandro Gombal, making the score, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Leandro Gombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Drake in the 51st minute of play. Albert Fitzgerald kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. CAFC1905's Leandro Gombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Wilson in the 56th minute of play. Wes Kitchen lost his temper 59 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The goalkeeper, Hannes Sandwall, was totally fooled by CAFC1905's Urbasa Uria, who 61 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Felipe Gol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alan Young might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leandro Gombal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alan Young ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Gol in the 71st minute of play forced CAFC1905's goalkeeper Leandro Gombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, CAFC1905's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Young came free, but Leandro Gombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albert Fitzgerald struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Hannes Sandwall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CAFC1905. 79 minutes into the match, Leicester Foxes Academy's goalkeeper Hannes Sandwall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albert Fitzgerald. If Felipe Gol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leandro Gombal came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Leicester Foxes Academy's Alan Young. But to his dismay, Alan Young quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. CAFC1905's Gregory Tompkins was substituted for Ross Ingram. Valeri Dyukmedzhiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leicester Foxes Academy were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of CAFC1905 for a fine match.
