But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aleksander Gendolla couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto de Souza in the 29th minute of play forced ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆'s goalkeeper Joseph Simms to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute of the match Barking got a corner. ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aleksander Gendolla ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Charlie Cooke to score against Joseph Simms in ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆'s goal. 0-1 after 30 minutes. Joseph Simms didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aleksander Gendolla went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 36 minutes of play, Barking's Umberto de Souza made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joseph Simms was left in no man's land by his defense there! 39 minutes into the match, Barking's Umberto de Souza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joseph Simms narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Umberto de Souza came free, but Joseph Simms reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joseph Simms made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umberto de Souza in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Umberto de Souza was the one to do the kick off. Umberto de Souza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joseph Simms having to make a save. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 60th minute, but Joseph Simms got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆ hanging dry this time. Kerim De Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joseph Simms having to interfere. After 64 minutes, Ronan Porter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆ and the Barking players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆'s Ronan Porter got a free kick in the 64th minute. Barking's Umberto de Souza got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Umberto de Souza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joseph Simms having to make a save. Barking played a much better game than ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆ and deserved their victory. The ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
