The audience was convinced that Victor King's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leandro Gombal was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Pallet Street made a substitution. Bobby Knowles replaced Daniel Longthorn. CAFC1905's Leandro Gombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Goodman in the 17th minute of play. Leigh Mayfield was a little too slow when Aithan Dalahl got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-0. After a rather tough play, Pallet Street's Kyle Hall got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as CAFC1905's Ross Ingram slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leigh Mayfield. That made the score 3-0 after 28 minutes of play. Justin Titmus's late challenge caught a CAFC1905's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justin Titmus helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pallet Street getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Justin Titmus hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Aithan Dalahl dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leigh Mayfield, 4-0. Ross Ingram blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leigh Mayfield having to make a save. 42 minutes into the match, Pallet Street's goalkeeper Leigh Mayfield had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ross Ingram. 44 minutes into the game, Ross Ingram recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leigh Mayfield. Ross Ingram showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leigh Mayfield was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, CAFC1905's Seth Ealham got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Leigh Mayfield didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albert Fitzgerald went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Pallet Street getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Dominik Goodman hit a great ball. When Eduard Micineanu came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the CAFC1905 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduard Micineanu couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the CAFC1905 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
