Guy Cusack sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oscar Devaney received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆'s goalkeeper Joseph Simms, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bob Hamilton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joseph Simms. ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 15 minutes, Bánk Madaras made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆'s Joseph Simms tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 19 played minutes ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆ got a freekick which was hit by Marlon Darby. Joseph Simms made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harry Lane in the 20th minute. With a little luck, ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆'s Joseph Simms got control of the ball when Bánk Madaras tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joseph Simms was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bart Theobold showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 26 minute of play. The supporters of Ice London booed when ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tyler Nash didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bánk Madaras in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joseph Simms saved ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆ from getting behind. Bánk Madaras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Bánk Madaras sped through ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joseph Simms. 43 minutes into the game, Sol Bailey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Joseph Simms was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Bart Theobold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The audience was convinced that Bánk Madaras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joseph Simms was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆'s zone, Harry Lane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joseph Simms came out of the goal and Harry Lane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bánk Madaras in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joseph Simms saved ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆ from getting behind. If Bart Theobold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆'s Joseph Simms played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bánk Madaras in the 64th minute of play. Joseph Simms made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bart Theobold in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute Ice London were awarded a corner. Alan Rusk went to the cornerflag to take it. Harry Lane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Joseph Simms tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bánk Madaras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joseph Simms showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bart Theobold in the 73rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harry Lane in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joseph Simms prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Guy Cusack kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bobby York. That made the score 6-1 in the 78 minute of play. After some careless play in the ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆ defense, Sol Bailey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joseph Simms. The ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joseph Simms should have stopped the shot. 88 minutes into the match, Bart Theobold notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of ★ Jiayöu Dragõns ☆'s Joseph Simms. Joseph Simms was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 94th minute, Bánk Madaras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bart Theobold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ice London's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
