The crowd rose to their feet as Washinkai Warriors's Joe Kendall slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rainer Seltorp. That made the score 2-0 after 8 minutes of play. In the 11th minute, Washinkai Warriors's Benji Hanson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Vicente Ponzio kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Flávio Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Joe Kendall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rainer Seltorp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calvin Clark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, Benji Hanson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Rainer Seltorp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35th minute 余义枫 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richie Postolan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 played minutes islahiye spor got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Green. Richie Postolan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murat Oncu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Murat Oncu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Daniel Green hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joe Kendall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Rainer Seltorp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Joe Kendall ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rainer Seltorp was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Washinkai Warriors's Richie Postolan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murat Oncu in the 60th minute of play. Glenn Hutchinson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rainer Seltorp having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benji Hanson in the 66th minute of play forced islahiye spor's goalkeeper Rainer Seltorp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joe Kendall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute Joe Kendall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rainer Seltorp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Richie Postolan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murat Oncu in the 75th minute of play. Joe Kendall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Joe Kendall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rainer Seltorp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benji Hanson in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Joe Kendall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flávio Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Benji Hanson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rainer Seltorp. islahiye spor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Murat Oncu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
