Grant Sands could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Conan French made a huge save. In the 4th minute, Trey Renton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 5 minutes into the game, Trey Renton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Battersea's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leadershot Town the free kick. Marius Vasilache in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Conan French, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jordan Forrest received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Conan French tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marius Vasilache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Trey Renton was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 13 minutes had been played. In the 13th minute, Trey Renton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grant Sands could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Conan French made a huge save. 20 minutes into the match Marius Vasilache climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Conan French. Marius Vasilache blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Conan French having to make a save. In the 26th minute Grant Sands shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conan French saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matt Murtagh hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Conan French made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Mike Griffiths sent off a good shot on target. Marius Vasilaches short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Conan French to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 36th minute, Battersea's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marius Vasilache fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Conan French took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grant Sands, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jordan Forrest had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conan French showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grant Sands in the 42nd minute of the match.

The wind increased when Mark Kendall made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Billie Haines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Austen Willis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacob Trusswell during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jacob Trusswell hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Battersea's Timothy Bannatyne got a free kick in the 55th minute. Mike Griffiths took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Conan French. Conan French dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Conan French took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Vasilache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Grant Sands had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When James Rushforth fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leadershot Town's protests and gave James Rushforth a yellow card for diving instead. 75 minutes into the game, Marius Vasilache cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Conan French was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 77th match minute, Leadershot Town was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grant Sands to maneuver through the defense. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Leadershot Town! Leadershot Town:s Austen Willis showed great skill when he stopped Marlon Hedley:s penalty. Matt Murtagh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Austen Willis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 84 minutes, Matt Murtagh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Battersea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matt Murtagh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Battersea's goal looked a bit too open when Marius Vasilache came free, but Conan French reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conan French took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Vasilache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
