Semih Eğriöz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zak Henman in the 10th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Alfie Hellen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Turabi Altınpınar in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bartosz Soliwoda, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 24th minute, Justs Braslavecs made a precise shot to the right of Bartosz Soliwoda. Anfield Elite's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 27th minute Justs Braslavecs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartosz Soliwoda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bartosz Soliwoda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Phillip Armitstead to make the kick off. Bartosz Soliwoda was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luton Town's Naldo Bezerra was substituted for Turabi Altınpınar. Bartosz Soliwoda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justs Braslavecs in the 71st minute of play. Bartosz Soliwoda came out of the goal and Inocencio Eguerdi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Anfield Elite defense, Naldo Bezerra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bartosz Soliwoda. The Anfield Elite fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bartosz Soliwoda should have stopped the shot. Bartosz Soliwoda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naldo Bezerra in the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Justs Braslavecs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bartosz Soliwoda was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. After a rather tough play, Anfield Elite's Phillip Armitstead got a free kick in the 96th minute. Luton Town walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
