Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Freddy Vine kicked off to start the match. Zaq Kerr's late challenge caught a Great Yarmouth's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zaq Kerr helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Dersingham City's Zaq Kerr got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Freddy Vine succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 5th playminute. Zaq Kerr struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Gwyn Boyes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dersingham City. Dersingham City's Liam Langley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Dersingham City from getting a goal against them. Liam Langley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Trevor Murray in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Trevor Murray was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Great Yarmouth's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dersingham City the free kick. After a rather tough play, Great Yarmouth's Trevor Murray got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 17thth minute of the game Freddy Vine who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dersingham City's Liam Langley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaq Kerr in the 20th minute of play forced Great Yarmouth's goalkeeper Gwyn Boyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Ethan Best managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dersingham City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ethan Best was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 24 minutes of play, Great Yarmouth's Freddy Vine made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Liam Langley was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kurt Tandy kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Dersingham City's goalkeeper Liam Langley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Freddy Vine. The supporters of Great Yarmouth booed when Dersingham City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jordan Harrison didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tod McCartney in the 36th minute of play forced Dersingham City's goalkeeper Liam Langley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40thth minute of the game Freddy Vine who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dersingham City's Liam Langley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dersingham City's Liam Langley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damien Nicoll in the 44th minute of play. If Marcus Scrivener had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcus Scrivener was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Damien Nicoll managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Great Yarmouth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damien Nicoll was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Dersingham City's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Vine came free, but Liam Langley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Pierre Bridge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liam Langley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gwyn Boyes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcus Scrivener in the 59th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Tod McCartney managed to get in a good position for a shot. Great Yarmouth's supporters rose to their feet, but Tod McCartney was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Liam Langley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute, Damien Nicoll made a precise shot to the right of Liam Langley. Dersingham City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Liam Langley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Vine in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd match minute, Dersingham City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ethan Best to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Freddy Vine had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Liam Langley. Dersingham City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddy Vine was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 79th minute Tod McCartney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liam Langley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Tod McCartney left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Great Yarmouth fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 85th minute, Ethan Best hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Marcus Scrivener managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dersingham City's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcus Scrivener was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gwyn Boyes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute, Freddy Vine made a precise shot to the right of Liam Langley. Dersingham City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Great Yarmouth walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
