Danilo Testa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, Craig Cole recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Charlie Blythe. Craig Cole showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Danilo Testa came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Green Forest's Quentin Byrne. But to his dismay, Quentin Byrne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 46th minute, Wes Renwick got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Omar Elkins was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quentin Byrne in the 54th minute of play forced seeC yoU Next Tuesday's goalkeeper Danilo Testa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danilo Testa had great luck who in the 57thth minute grab hold of the ball when Stuart Mortimer from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 58thth minute of the game Stuart Mortimer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but seeC yoU Next Tuesday's Danilo Testa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xavier Erwenne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlie Blythe having to interfere. Stuart Mortimer's late challenge caught a seeC yoU Next Tuesday's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stuart Mortimer helped the player get up and apologised. After 82 played minutes, seeC yoU Next Tuesday's Afonso Malta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Charlie Blythe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in seeC yoU Next Tuesday reached it. Charlie Blythe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Elkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Warren Barrett managed to get in a good position for a shot. seeC yoU Next Tuesday's supporters rose to their feet, but Warren Barrett was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charlie Blythe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 87 minutes into the match, Omar Elkins had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Charlie Blythe. FC Green Forest's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Omar Elkins was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Danilo Testa made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Stuart Mortimer sent off a good shot on target. seeC yoU Next Tuesday's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
