Spectators: 9337 (Terracing: 7000, Seating: 2150, VIP seats: 187) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edgar Lang got the match started through his kick off. When Peng Qi Chong came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Astreix&ObelixSoccer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peng Qi Chong couldn't finish the play. Júlio Severo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Martyon Diehl firmly grabbed it by the left post. Arne Söderqwist made in the 11th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Barry Charles. 12 minutes into the game, Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Peng Qi Chong nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicolas Joey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 16th minute, Peng Qi Chong got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 17 played minutes Astreix&ObelixSoccer got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Rambo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sammy Corcoran in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martyon Diehl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Martyon Diehl made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Bryan White sent off a good shot on target. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Aaron Rambo got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Sammy Corcoran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martyon Diehl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FC ARK CS booed when Astreix&ObelixSoccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Rambo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sammy Corcoran got free with Martyon Diehl in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nicolas Joey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peng Qi Chong, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Nicolas Joey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Orzaize, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peng Qi Chong took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolas Joey. Nicolas Joey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peng Qi Chong to strike the kick off in the second half. Peng Qi Chong could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Nicolas Joey made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Peng Qi Chong managed to get in a good position for a shot. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's supporters rose to their feet, but Peng Qi Chong was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolas Joey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Felipe Orzaize had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Astreix&ObelixSoccer made a substitution. Dave Di Gregorio replaced Peng Qi Chong. 68 minutes into the match, FC ARK CS's goalkeeper Nicolas Joey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Orzaize. 71 minutes into the game, Dave Di Gregorio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Nicolas Joey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Astreix&ObelixSoccer made a substitution. Jakub Moizuk replaced Nat Firth. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of FC ARK CS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Astreix&ObelixSoccer:s goal. Nicolas Joey had in the 77thth minute some difficulties stopping Sacha Lilley's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Dave Di Gregorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dave Di Gregorio got free with Nicolas Joey in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dave Di Gregorio took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolas Joey. Nicolas Joey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Martyon Diehl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sammy Corcoran in the 86th minute of play. Dave Di Gregorio in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nicolas Joey, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Astreix&ObelixSoccer supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Astreix&ObelixSoccer would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
