Carter Rulli was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Julian Joachim capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julian Joachim really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 13th minute, Ildefonso Piarres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Dudek was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 16thth minute of the game Tristram Barratt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventus Telford's Carter Rulli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Tristram Barratt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carter Rulli was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. George Dudek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Piarres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carter Rulli made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Cody Steel sent off a good shot on target. George Dudek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boruc Spychalski went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute Boruc Spychalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Dudek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Dudek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boruc Spychalski, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. If Boruc Spychalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oakham's Archie Chambers was substituted for Leo Blewett. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The wind increased when Boruc Spychalski made the kick off in the second half. George Dudek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boruc Spychalski in the 59th minute. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by Oakham's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pedro Henry was slow to take the kick. During this time Juventus Telford's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Pedro Henry almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Oakham's George Dudek did a great save. Boruc Spychalski kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 71stth minute. Though ot was a great shot Oakham's keeper George Dudek was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Joachim in the 73rd minute of play forced Juventus Telford's goalkeeper Carter Rulli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the game, Julian Joachim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Carter Rulli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 78 minutes, Kevin Hellkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventus Telford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kevin Hellkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Juventus Telford's goal looked a bit too open when Tristram Barratt came free, but Carter Rulli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juventus Telford's Carter Rulli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cody Steel in the 82nd minute of play. Julian Joachim struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Carter Rulli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oakham. Carter Rulli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tristram Barratt in the 85th minute of the match. George Dudek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kevin Hellkvist's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Tristram Barratt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Juventus Telford's Kevin Hellkvist got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
