The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, a k l p j f c a's goal looked a bit too open when Joe Oliver came free, but Mateo Mergildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. a k l p j f c a's Mateo Mergildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joe Oliver in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute of the match Shadwell Town FC got a corner. a k l p j f c a's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yan Fernandes ran over to the corner to take the kick. Shadwell Town FC's Joe Oliver was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mateo Mergildo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Hette Visscher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kimetz Pejuan having to interfere. Borys Ostrowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Mateo Mergildo made a huge save. a k l p j f c a's Boriss Tarands suffered a sore thigh after 22 minutes and couldn't finish the game. a k l p j f c a's Brad Foley was substituted for Boriss Tarands. 25 minutes into the match, a k l p j f c a's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitri Verhelst came free, but Mateo Mergildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, a k l p j f c a's Mateo Mergildo got control of the ball when Dainius Danilaitis tried to sneak it across the goal line. a k l p j f c a's attentive Zinon Moustogiannis managed to snatch the ball when Warren Lawton made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. The throw-in from Warren Lawton in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by a k l p j f c a's Zinon Moustogiannis. Kimetz Pejuan came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by a k l p j f c a's Hette Visscher. But to his dismay, Hette Visscher quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Brad Foley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Kimetz Pejuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Warren Lawton made in the 41st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Joe Oliver however managed to control. The supporters of a k l p j f c a booed when Shadwell Town FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ştefan Trifu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, a k l p j f c a's Hette Visscher sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kimetz Pejuan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Tomasz Las Casas in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kimetz Pejuan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 55th minute Dainius Danilaitis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Mergildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th match minute, a k l p j f c a was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anıl Ozan Hisarcık to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dainius Danilaitis in the 58th minute of play forced a k l p j f c a's goalkeeper Mateo Mergildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the a k l p j f c a defense, Joe Oliver kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mateo Mergildo. The a k l p j f c a fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mateo Mergildo should have stopped the shot. a k l p j f c a's Zinon Moustogiannis quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Warren Lawton, made in the 62nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitri Verhelst in the 65th minute of play forced a k l p j f c a's goalkeeper Mateo Mergildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Gabriel de Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Mergildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateo Mergildo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gabriel de Castro's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute, Dainius Danilaitis made a precise shot to the right of Mateo Mergildo. a k l p j f c a's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Mateo Mergildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joe Oliver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hette Visscher's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Kimetz Pejuan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 81st minute, Hette Visscher ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kimetz Pejuan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. After a rather tough play, Shadwell Town FC's Yağızhan Aşkıner got a free kick in the 85th minute. Brad Foley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hette Visscher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kimetz Pejuan was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Hette Visscher capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hette Visscher really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. 95 minutes into the match, Shadwell Town FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomasz Las Casas came free, but Kimetz Pejuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
