Dráuzio Mattos came out of the goal and Albert Jowsey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute of the match, Reynaldo Estebe got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dráuzio Mattos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Reynaldo Estebes short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Dráuzio Mattos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nantwich's Enrique Hanot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 苞 in the 18th minute of play. If Frazer Fordham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Hanot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hannes Kuusk in the 22nd minute of play. Frazer Fordham who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Dráuzio Mattos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Enrique Hanot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Inautzi in the 32nd minute of the match. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 48 played minutes Gone With the Win got a freekick which was hit by 傅浩鹏. Gone With the Win made a substitution. Vlastimir Jovanović replaced Daud Kunaefi. 傅浩鹏 kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reynaldo Estebe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
