Spectators: 6740 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Samir Korteby made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Samir Korteby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thamesmead's Amir Badis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Canhadja in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Abderrahim Ben Arfa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rachid Labi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Mahieddine Hamyane hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Abderrahim Ben Arfa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute Ali Canhadja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amir Badis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ali Canhadja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bahasz Said kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Abderrahim Ben Arfa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Labi having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Abderrahim Ben Arfa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abderrahim Ben Arfa took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rachid Labi. Rachid Labi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Canhadja stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rachid Labi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samir Korteby, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Rachid Labi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samir Korteby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the game, Mostafa Ammouri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coulsdon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Thamesmead the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abderrahim Ben Arfa in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rachid Labi saved Coulsdon from getting behind. Amir Badis didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Coulsdon's Rezki Zahouania shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Rezki Zahouania might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amir Badis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rezki Zahouania ran back to his position shaking his head. Coulsdon's Ali Canhadja got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ali Canhadja struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Amir Badis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coulsdon. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Rezki Zahouania got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Samir Korteby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Coulsdon getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Gad Kensi hit a great ball. Ali Canhadja's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amir Badis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Rezki Zahouania got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ali Canhadja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Coulsdon players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Thamesmead.
