An unexpectedly hard shot by Fouhad Gourion in the 4th minute of play forced Southam FC's goalkeeper Boubaker Bahari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boubaker Bahari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Madjer in the 7th minute of play. Chakib El Ouchem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Messaoud Benbrahim, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Karim Madjer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boubaker Bahari having to interfere. In the 25th minute Karim Madjer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boubaker Bahari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Southam FC's Messaoud Benbrahim in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kings Cross AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Bekathen Benkirat kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Messaoud Benbrahim in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chakib El Ouchem prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Messaoud Benbrahim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Karim Madjer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Fouhad Gourion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Southam FC's Slimane Bilal got a free kick in the 39th minute. Kings Cross AFC's Karim Madjer got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 45 played minutes Kings Cross AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bekathen Benkirat. In the 48th minute Southam FC were awarded a corner. Hamid Zakaria went to the cornerflag to take it. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karim Madjer to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Southam FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fouhad Gourion fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Boubaker Bahari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karim Madjer in the 56th minute of the match. Slimane Bilal's late challenge caught a Kings Cross AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Slimane Bilal helped the player get up and apologised. Hakim Addi charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hakim Addi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 61st minute, Hakim Addi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karim Madjer kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karim Madjer in the 72nd minute of play forced Southam FC's goalkeeper Boubaker Bahari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fouhad Gourion struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Boubaker Bahari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kings Cross AFC. 75 minutes into the match, Kings Cross AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Messaoud Benbrahim came free, but Chakib El Ouchem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Kings Cross AFC's Sofyane Chebli broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The Southam FC fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Southam FC's Abderrazek Merdaci looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Fouhad Gourion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Southam FC's zone, Fouhad Gourion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boubaker Bahari came out of the goal and Fouhad Gourion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Southam FC could leave the field as winners, despite Kings Cross AFC having more of the ball for most of the match.
