Hamid Drari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baddi Merzekane in the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Guernsey booed when Beaconsfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belkheir Beloufa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tedj Khaled took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slimane Cohen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mokhtar Arouaba in the 38th minute of play forced Beaconsfield's goalkeeper Tedj Khaled to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tedj Khaled stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Slimane Cohen's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Slimane Cohen made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Mokhtar Arouaba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guernsey's supporters rose to their feet, but Mokhtar Arouaba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tedj Khaled breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 58th match minute, Beaconsfield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cheikha Alemdar to maneuver through the defense. Mokhtar Arouaba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tedj Khaled having to make a save. Tedj Khaled was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Akziz Fochtali. 68 minutes into the match, Guernsey's Slimane Cohen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tedj Khaled narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Faouzi Belkacem kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Fawzi Saïd made a precise shot to the right of Hamid Drari. Guernsey's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Hamid Drari came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Beaconsfield's Baddi Merzekane. But to his dismay, Baddi Merzekane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 82nd minute Slimane Cohen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tedj Khaled saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baddi Merzekane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamid Drari having to interfere. Mokhtar Arouaba was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Beaconsfield fans cheered their team off the field, for while Guernsey had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
