The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdelhafid Bouraada during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st minute, Abdelaziz Kerrouche made a precise shot to the right of Mehdi Kader. Morpeth AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Daniel Dhyab's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mohamed Lacarne read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Salah Adjimi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Oulton Broad's zone, Salah Adjimi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohamed Lacarne came out of the goal and Salah Adjimi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdelnasser Cohen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Abdelnasser Cohen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdelnasser Cohen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Morpeth AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Abdelnasser Cohen came free, but Mehdi Kader reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehdi Kader took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelnasser Cohen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mohamed Lacarne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salah Adjimi in the 66th minute of play. Mohamed Lacarne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdul Kraïche, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Oulton Broad's Mohamed Lacarne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdul Kraïche in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Oulton Broad's goal looked a bit too open when Salah Adjimi came free, but Mohamed Lacarne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salah Adjimi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohamed Lacarne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salah Adjimi in the 88th minute of play. Abdul Kraïche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed Lacarne having to interfere. A collision led to Morpeth AFC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Daniel Dhyab hit a great ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
