Omar Tahar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Razi Kerrache in the 3rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Razi Kerrache managed to get in a good position for a shot. RASF FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Razi Kerrache was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Tahar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute Hamza Messali shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Verne Lawton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cheikha Dziri during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cheikha Dziri kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Verne Lawton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamza Messali, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Trevor Gower charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Trevor Gower the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd match minute, RASF FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trevor Gower to maneuver through the defense. Omar Tahar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brahim Zidane in the 26th minute of the match. Razi Kerrache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Omar Tahar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brahim Zidane in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Omar Tahar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 32 played minutes Meldreth got a freekick which was hit by Cherif Teissier. Verne Lawton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cheikha Dziri in the 42nd minute of play. If Razi Kerrache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Brahim Zidane to strike the kick off in the second half. Verne Lawton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zine-Eddine Mamouni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in RASF FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! Abdelmalik Rabiâ shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Brahim Zidane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Omar Tahar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in RASF FC's zone, Zine-Eddine Mamouni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Verne Lawton came out of the goal and Zine-Eddine Mamouni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 77 minutes into the match, Meldreth's goal looked a bit too open when Brahim Zidane came free, but Omar Tahar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Omar Tahar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brahim Zidane in the 80th minute of play. Razi Kerraches short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Omar Tahar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 83 minutes, Brahim Zidane made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Meldreth's Omar Tahar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Hamza Messali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 played minutes Meldreth got a freekick which was hit by Arkam Belkacem. Wesley Read's shot from long distance in the 94th minute was not bad at all, but Meldreth's Omar Tahar knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. 95 minutes into the match, RASF FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hamza Messali came free, but Verne Lawton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
