Zyad Chedda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Farnsfield United's Akwli Djahnine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zyad Chedda in the 20th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Sahrane Beaufort managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bromborough FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sahrane Beaufort was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Akwli Djahnine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Farnsfield United's Zaïm El Ouafi got a free kick in the 29th minute. Zyad Chedda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Akwli Djahnine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sahrane Beaufort fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akwli Djahnine having to interfere. Zyad Chedda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Akwli Djahnine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 41 minutes, Madjer Aïssaoui managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bromborough FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Madjer Aïssaoui was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zyad Chedda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akwli Djahnine having to interfere. Zyad Chedda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aissa El Ibrahimi came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Farnsfield United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aissa El Ibrahimi couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aissa El Ibrahimi to make the kick off. With his leg Akwli Djahnine managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Bromborough FC's Zyad Chedda fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Akwli Djahnine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sahrane Beaufort in the 58th minute of play. Kasdi El Ouafi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Bromborough FC's Sahrane Beaufort got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Akwli Djahnine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zyad Chedda in the 63rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Farnsfield United's Abderraouf Gourion got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66thth minute of the game Zyad Chedda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Farnsfield United's Akwli Djahnine was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sahrane Beaufort received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Akwli Djahnine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fawzi Madouni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hafs Ouatah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Farnsfield United support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
