Camil Amrouche ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Old Leake defense, Abdelhani Rezkallah kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chahid Laref. The Old Leake fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chahid Laref should have stopped the shot. In the 18th minute of the match Réda Arouani sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Walid Cixous skillfully saved the ball. Walid Cixous showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camil Amrouche, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 28th minute, Sandy City's Akar Khodri seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Akar Khodri the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sandy City protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Akar Khodri had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Old Leake booed when Sandy City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akar Khodri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdelkader Fahima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sayed Piaf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walid Cixous having to interfere. A collision led to Sandy City getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Houari Skif hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Sandy City defense, Sayed Piaf kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walid Cixous. The Sandy City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walid Cixous should have stopped the shot. Camil Amrouche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Camil Amrouche stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Walid Cixous made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sayed Piaf in the 62nd minute of play. When Old Leake's Sayed Piaf in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sandy City's goalie prevented a goal. When Abdelkader Fahima came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Sandy City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdelkader Fahima couldn't finish the play. Abdelkader Fahima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chahid Laref having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Jabar Douadi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abdelkader Fahima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Chahid Laref tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 minutes of play, Sandy City's Abdelkader Fahima made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chahid Laref was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdelkader Fahima got free with Chahid Laref in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 89 played minutes Old Leake got a freekick which was hit by Jabar Douadi. 93 minutes into the match, Sandy City's goal looked a bit too open when Camil Amrouche came free, but Walid Cixous reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camil Amrouche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Walid Cixous tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
