Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) Zoubir Benida started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Shoreham by Sea United's Hassan Metidji got a free kick in the 10th minute. Zoubir Benida scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chérif Ihaddaden, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joudi Mazi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jahid Bachdjerrah having to interfere. Nordine Zerari hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Jahid Bachdjerrah stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rostom Kerkar's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rostom Kerkar in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jahid Bachdjerrah saved Holloway from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rostom Kerkar in the 30th minute of play forced Holloway's goalkeeper Jahid Bachdjerrah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Holloway's Abdelaziz Deghmani got a free kick in the 31st minute. Fahim Abdelmoumene fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chérif Ihaddaden having to interfere. Holloway's Jahid Bachdjerrah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rostom Kerkar in the 41st minute of play. With an all-out effort, Shoreham by Sea United's Jahid Bachdjerrah threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nacer Adjani, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Rostom Kerkar made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Shoreham by Sea United's Nacer Adjani made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jahid Bachdjerrah was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joudi Mazi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jahid Bachdjerrah having to interfere. Khalida Zaghouane hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Holloway's zone, Joudi Mazi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jahid Bachdjerrah came out of the goal and Joudi Mazi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Shoreham by Sea United's Rostom Kerkar got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Rostom Kerkar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jahid Bachdjerrah was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. When Joudi Mazi came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Shoreham by Sea United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joudi Mazi couldn't finish the play. Joudi Mazi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jahid Bachdjerrah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Rostom Kerkar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jahid Bachdjerrah was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Holloway's Fahim Abdelmoumene got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute Zoubir Benida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chérif Ihaddaden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fahim Abdelmoumene got free with Chérif Ihaddaden in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Shoreham by Sea United had won after a very even match.
