Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Fouad Meniri made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th match minute, Stalybridge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dylan Zouba to maneuver through the defense. Cheshunt's Malik Benzine couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Stalybridge. Amdegh Bouteflika received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Mustapha Oussalah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stalybridge's goalkeeper Mustapha Oussalah, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Stalybridge's goal looked a bit too open when Amdegh Bouteflika came free, but Mustapha Oussalah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amhaws Bouraada kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Mustapha Oussalah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kader Kholt, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute of the match Abdelhani Khodri sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mustapha Oussalah skillfully saved the ball. In the 32nd minute, Amdegh Bouteflika got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mustapha Oussalah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kader Kholt, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Amdegh Bouteflika sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdelmoumène Ounissi was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Fouad Meniri capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fouad Meniri really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 44 minutes into the game, Kader Kholt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Mustapha Oussalah was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Cheshunt getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ouali Cherif hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kader Kholt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cheshunt's Abdelmoumène Ounissi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fouad Meniri in the 54th minute of play. Abdelmoumène Ounissi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fouad Meniri in the 60th minute of the match. Cheshunt's Zakaria Fellahi pulled a muscle in his leg after 61 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 61 minutes, Abdechahid Zeghbouche mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stalybridge and the Cheshunt players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Abdechahid Zeghbouche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amdegh Bouteflika got free with Mustapha Oussalah in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fouad Meniri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Abdelhalim Kader had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Amdegh Bouteflika got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Amdegh Bouteflika notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Stalybridge's Mustapha Oussalah. Mustapha Oussalah was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Amdegh Bouteflika received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Mustapha Oussalah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdelhani Khodri's late challenge caught a Stalybridge's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abdelhani Khodri helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th minute of the match Chaker Tayebi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abdelmoumène Ounissi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cheshunt walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
