The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferhat Benguesmia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ales Driouche having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Jussef Khelfellah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th match minute, Emsworth United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jussef Khelfellah to maneuver through the defense. Fadhil Kerrouche was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 31st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Ferhat Benguesmia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ales Driouche was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Yahia Baboudji sped through Emsworth United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ales Driouche. When Larbi Benkirat came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Emsworth United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Larbi Benkirat couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute, Mimoun Mamouni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Larbi Benkirat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ghazi Benyagoub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Yazid Lacen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Colne were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yahia Baboudji to strike the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes, Yahia Baboudji mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colne and the Emsworth United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Yahia Baboudji kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Colne's Ghazi Benyagoub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Larbi Benkirat in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, Colne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mimoun Mamouni to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Colne's zone, Yazid Lacen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ghazi Benyagoub came out of the goal and Yazid Lacen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Larbi Benkirat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferhat Benguesmia charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferhat Benguesmia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bakku Naït Mazi hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Ferhat Benguesmia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Ales Driouche skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Emsworth United's zone, Yahia Baboudji stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ales Driouche came out of the goal and Yahia Baboudji tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute, Ramdane Hammad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ghazi Benyagoub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Larbi Benkirat in the 85th minute of the match. Larbi Benkirat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ghazi Benyagoub read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jussef Khelfellah during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jussef Khelfellah hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the match, Emsworth United's goal looked a bit too open when Yahia Baboudji came free, but Ales Driouche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
