Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Assim Lammari got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Crayford's goal looked a bit too open when Sofiane Baali came free, but Mahfoud Mezali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mahfoud Mezali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Assim Lammari, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the match, North Petherton FC's goalkeeper Aydril Otman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chadli Medjoudj. Addas Tobbal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aydril Otman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. When Sofiane Baali came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the North Petherton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sofiane Baali couldn't finish the play. North Petherton FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ghazi Sebihi 31 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. If Ghazi Sebihi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mahfoud Mezali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sofiane Baali in the 42nd minute of play. Sofiane Baali's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mahfoud Mezali read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ghazi Sebihi made a kick off. After 53 played minutes, Crayford's Abdelkrim Hamdoud shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aydril Otman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Crayford reached it. When Crayford's Ghazi Sebihi in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye North Petherton FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ghazi Sebihi in the 57th minute of play forced North Petherton FC's goalkeeper Aydril Otman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Addas Tobbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Assim Lammari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ghazi Sebihi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aydril Otman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Aydril Otman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Addas Tobbal in the 77th minute of play. Aydril Otman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ghazi Sebihi in the 78th minute of the match. Addas Tobbal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute of the match Maarouf Bendissari sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mahfoud Mezali skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Crayford's Mahfoud Mezali got control of the ball when Sofiane Baali tried to sneak it across the goal line. Crayford were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of North Petherton FC for a fine match.
