Abdelnasser Jeanson came out and tried to block the shot, but Lakhdar Akvayli slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 28th minute. Fateh Jeanson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abbes Boudjedra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Abdelnasser Jeanson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fateh Jeanson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Madjer El Karimi having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Abdelnasser Jeanson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abbes Boudjedra to make the kick off. Abdelnasser Jeanson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abbes Boudjedra in the 56th minute of the match. Abderrazek Saci received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Madjer El Karimi came out and tried to block the shot, but Abderrazek Saci slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 57th minute. Abdelmalik Zahouania's late challenge caught a Kingswear United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Madjer El Karimi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abderrazek Saci, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute.
