Earl Shilton's Abdellatif Boniche got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Abdellatif Boniche fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Amellal Nabil, passed just outside the right post. In the 32nd minute, Abdellatif Boniche got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Madjer Allahoum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amellal Nabil made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Madjer Allahoum sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hadi Zaâmoucha to strike the kick off in the second half. Nabil Kraouche was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 51 minutes into the match. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Knapton! Abdellatif Boniche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rdth minute of the game Madjer Allahoum who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Knapton's Amellal Nabil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Knapton's Amellal Nabil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdellatif Boniche in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, Earl Shilton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Farid Halimi to maneuver through the defense. Knapton's Noureddine Hamruche couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 71st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Earl Shilton. Abderrazek Mecherara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mahieddine Zerouali read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Abderrazek Mecherara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Knapton's supporters rose to their feet, but Abderrazek Mecherara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mahieddine Zerouali breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st minute of the match Knapton got a corner. Earl Shilton's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Noureddine Hamruche ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Noureddine Hamruche almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Earl Shilton's Mahieddine Zerouali did a great save. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Knapton's goalkeeper Amellal Nabil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Abdellatif Boniche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amellal Nabil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdellatif Boniche in the 92nd minute of the match. Knapton's Abderrazek Mecherara got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
