Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) Knapton's Hadi Zaâmoucha started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes Lynton United got a freekick which was hit by Abdelkrim Beaufort. A hard shot by Yahia Drari from long distance, 6 minutes into the match, got Sofiane Zouccal's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a defensive mix-up in Lynton United's zone, Hadi Zaâmoucha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sofiane Zouccal came out of the goal and Hadi Zaâmoucha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Knapton's Abdelmalek Lkbira suffered a concussion after 18 minutes and had to leave the field. Tahar Fellahi charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tahar Fellahi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lynton United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 20 minutes, Knapton's Noureddine Hamruche got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Sofiane Zouccal. Knapton's Amellal Nabil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelhakim Amri in the 28th minute of play. After 29 played minutes Knapton got a freekick which was hit by Nabil Kraouche. Sofiane Zouccal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hadi Zaâmoucha, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Yahia Drari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Hadi Zaâmoucha came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Knapton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hadi Zaâmoucha couldn't finish the play. After 44 minutes, Noureddine Hamruche mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Knapton and the Lynton United players grew even worse after the yellow card. 44 minutes into the game, one of Knapton:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Boualem Douadi to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Knapton's Amellal Nabil got control of the ball when Nacer Ouadah tried to sneak it across the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Knapton's Hadi Zaâmoucha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sofiane Zouccal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Boualem Douadi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amellal Nabil having to interfere. Afellan Horr kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Noureddine Hamruche's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sofiane Zouccal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. A collision led to Lynton United getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Afellan Horr hit a great ball. Anther Taâllah might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amellal Nabil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anther Taâllah ran back to his position shaking his head. Amellal Nabil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boualem Douadi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hadi Zaâmoucha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sofiane Zouccal having to interfere. Hadi Zaâmoucha scored 3-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sofiane Zouccal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Knapton's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
