Spectators: 6745 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1745, VIP seats: 0) Alston United's Yacine Kosbi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abdelaziz Rabiâ could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Kaddour Hadjar made a huge save. A collision led to Alston United getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Rachid Baboudji hit a great ball. 9 minutes into the match, Tavistock's Kendi Rzighi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 16th minute, Redouane Aribi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tavistock fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The audience was convinced that Yacine Kosbi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kaddour Hadjar was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Abdelaziz Rabiâ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Kaddour Hadjar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tavistock's goalkeeper Kaddour Hadjar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alston United's Yacine Kosbi got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Malek Raho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yacine Kosbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaddour Hadjar having to interfere. Kaddour Hadjar came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Alston United's Abdelaziz Rabiâ. But to his dismay, Abdelaziz Rabiâ quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Adam Belbey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slimane Ferrah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdelaziz Rabiâ took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kaddour Hadjar. Kaddour Hadjar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Redouane Aribi to make the kick off. Redouane Aribi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Belbey having to interfere. Sofiane Boukhari's late challenge caught a Tavistock's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sofiane Boukhari helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes Alston United got a freekick which was hit by Sofiane Boukhari. Slimane Ferrah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Adam Belbey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Redouane Aribi in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Belbey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 62 played minutes Tavistock got a freekick which was hit by Abdelkrim Rodesli. 66 minutes into the match, Alston United's goalkeeper Adam Belbey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Slimane Ferrah. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Redouane Aribi took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Adam Belbey to make any attempt to save it. Abdelaziz Rabiâ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zizou Naït Mazi's late challenge caught a Alston United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zizou Naït Mazi helped the player get up and apologised. If Yacine Kosbi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Belbey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Redouane Aribi, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Adam Belbey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Redouane Aribi in the 81st minute of the match. If Slimane Ferrah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Slimane Ferrah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Belbey having to interfere. Abdelaziz Rabiâ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Kaddour Hadjar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tavistock's Kaddour Hadjar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yacine Kosbi in the 98th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
