Spectators: 6729 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 0) Ismaïl Bourebbou made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Thamesmead booed when Faversham FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismaïl Bourebbou didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th match minute, Thamesmead was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Messaoud Arrache to maneuver through the defense. Dida Halimi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Stéphane Djenoui skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 8th minute, Dida Halimi made a precise shot to the right of Stéphane Djenoui. Faversham FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Dida Halimi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Stéphane Djenoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Thamesmead getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Khalida Chadli hit a great ball. Stéphane Djenoui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Messaoud Arrache, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. If Badda Hamrouche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Faversham FC's zone, Messaoud Arrache stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stéphane Djenoui came out of the goal and Messaoud Arrache tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 42 played minutes Thamesmead got a freekick which was hit by Khalida Chadli. 47 minutes into the game, Dida Halimi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Stéphane Djenoui was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Messaoud Arrache made the kick off in the second half. Messaoud Arrache scored 3-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stéphane Djenoui, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thamesmead's Dida Halimi got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Faversham FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Yamine Bellil hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Messaoud Arrache in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stéphane Djenoui prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yassine Kourichi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismaïl Bourebbou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stéphane Djenoui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dida Halimi, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Abderrahmane Halouadji got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Abderrahmane Halouadji could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Yassine Kourichi made a huge save. In the 79th minute, Messaoud Arrache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Messaoud Arrache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stéphane Djenoui having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Yassine Kourichi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Dida Halimi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dida Halimi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Stéphane Djenoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thamesmead's Yassine Kourichi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismaïl Bourebbou in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute Ismaïl Bourebbou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yassine Kourichi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thamesmead were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Faversham FC for a fine match.
