Spectators: 6741 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1741, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute, Moncef Damardji hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute, Messaoud Arrache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Faouzi Alemdar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Messaoud Arrache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Messaoud Arrache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Nouara Djeballi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Dida Halimi came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Thamesmead fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dida Halimi couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Dida Halimi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thamesmead's supporters rose to their feet, but Dida Halimi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nouara Djeballi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind North Shields's goalkeeper Nouara Djeballi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 40 played minutes North Shields got a freekick which was hit by Farid Adjani. 47 minutes in the game, Abderrahmane Addi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Yassine Kourichi having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Messaoud Arrache made a kick off. After 53 minutes, Badda Hamrouche mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Thamesmead and the North Shields players grew even worse after the yellow card. Messaoud Arrache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dida Halimi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Farid Adjani hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. If Messaoud Arrache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yassine Kourichi came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by North Shields's Abderrahmane Addi. But to his dismay, Abderrahmane Addi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Abderrahmane Addi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yassine Kourichi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faouzi Alemdar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Abderrahmane Addi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yassine Kourichi was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Nouara Djeballi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Messaoud Arrache's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Messaoud Arrache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nouara Djeballi having to interfere. Faouzi Alemdar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yassine Kourichi having to interfere. Yassine Kourichi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abderrahmane Addi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yassine Kourichi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faouzi Alemdar in the 95th minute of the match. Nouara Djeballi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dida Halimi went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew the final whistle, North Shields could leave the field as winners, despite Thamesmead having more of the ball for most of the match.
