Spectators: 6733 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 0) Stroud FC's Bilal Bilal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th match minute, Whitstable was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tarik Belkhadem to maneuver through the defense. After 18 played minutes Whitstable got a freekick which was hit by Chafik Nasri. Hakim Hemdani took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Abderrahmane Medjoudj. Whitstable's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Lamine Amara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ali Kholt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Stroud FC's goal looked a bit too open when Azziz Abbes came free, but Ali Kholt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Ketta Rodesli sped through Whitstable's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Abderrahmane Medjoudj. Ketta Rodesli struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Abderrahmane Medjoudj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stroud FC. Ali Kholt came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Whitstable's Azziz Abbes. But to his dismay, Azziz Abbes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lamine Amara made a kick off. When Ketta Rodesli fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stroud FC's protests and gave Ketta Rodesli a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd match minute, Stroud FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ketta Rodesli to maneuver through the defense. Ali Kholt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chafik Nasri in the 56th minute of the match. Azziz Abbes might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ali Kholt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Azziz Abbes ran back to his position shaking his head. Whitstable's Abderrahmane Medjoudj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bilal Bilal in the 60th minute of play. In the 66th minute Bilal Bilal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abderrahmane Medjoudj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Tarik Belkhadem made a precise shot to the right of Ali Kholt. Stroud FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 74th minute, Ketta Rodesli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abderrahmane Medjoudj was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Abderrahmane Medjoudj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ketta Rodesli in the 78th minute of the match. Ketta Rodesli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abderrahmane Medjoudj having to interfere. When Ketta Rodesli came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Stroud FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ketta Rodesli couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Whitstable's zone, Bilal Bilal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abderrahmane Medjoudj came out of the goal and Bilal Bilal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Stroud FC's Brahim Zaghrani got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Abderrahmane Medjoudj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ketta Rodesli, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Whitstable's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
