Daoud El Annabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nabil Zemmamouche having to interfere. The supporters of Wallasey booed when Purbrook was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aydril Aïn Madhi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zinedine Kadri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 24th minute, Daoud El Annabi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Madin Ezzouaoui recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nabil Zemmamouche made an important save on a dangerous shot by Madin Ezzouaoui in the 29th minute. Aydril Aïn Madhi hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Kamel Messayeb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zinedine Kadri, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 39 minutes of play, Wallasey's Zinedine Kadri made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kamel Messayeb was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 46th minute, Daoud El Annabi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Purbrook booed when Wallasey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billel Hamruche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daoud El Annabi might have been able to make a better finish in the 50th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nabil Zemmamouche. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daoud El Annabi ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 55th minute, Fayssal Benattia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aydril Aïn Madhi kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Daoud El Annabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Nabil Zemmamouche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kamel Messayeb made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Medjadi Kerrache sent off a good shot on target. Kamel Messayeb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zinedine Kadri in the 82nd minute of play. Kamel Messayeb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zinedine Kadri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Madin Ezzouaoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Nabil Zemmamouche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Wallasey's Hachem Larbes got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute, Daoud El Annabi made a precise shot to the right of Nabil Zemmamouche. Wallasey's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Medjadi Kerrache managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wallasey's supporters rose to their feet, but Medjadi Kerrache was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kamel Messayeb breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aydril Aïn Madhi kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. The Wallasey players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Purbrook from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
