A hard shot 25 in the game by Mansour Aounellah from a close distance when the talented Kamel Messayeb managed to make a qualified save. Purbrook's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lout Madjer in the 29th minute of play forced Purbrook's goalkeeper Kamel Messayeb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Madin Ezzouaoui struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Abou Bakr Alemdar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Purbrook. Abdelghafour Fahima hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Daoud El Annabi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Purbrook's supporters rose to their feet, but Daoud El Annabi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abou Bakr Alemdar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Westbury-sub-Mendip United's Asmil Mami got a free kick in the 41st minute. Lout Madjer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamel Messayeb having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daoud El Annabi to make the kick off. Azziz Hadjar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abou Bakr Alemdar having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, Chérif Bencheikh was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Westbury-sub-Mendip United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Purbrook the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. One of Westbury-sub-Mendip United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Purbrook:s goal. The goalkeeper, Abou Bakr Alemdar, was totally fooled by Purbrook's Halim Zafour, who 56 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 59th minute, Anther Bouguerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Purbrook's Madin Ezzouaoui came free and shot a quick shot against goal 61 minutes in the game, fortunately Abou Bakr Alemdar had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Abou Bakr Alemdar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Madin Ezzouaoui struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Abou Bakr Alemdar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Purbrook. After 70 minutes, Mohammed Belhouche mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Westbury-sub-Mendip United and the Purbrook players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st match minute, Westbury-sub-Mendip United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohammed Belhouche to maneuver through the defense. Madin Ezzouaoui could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Abou Bakr Alemdar made a huge save. In the 72nd minute, Hakim Rahouli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lout Madjer in the 80th minute of play forced Purbrook's goalkeeper Kamel Messayeb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Madin Ezzouaoui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Madin Ezzouaoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Abou Bakr Alemdar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Ramzy Djamel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abou Bakr Alemdar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daoud El Annabi in the 98th minute of the match. The Westbury-sub-Mendip United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Purbrook's performance. The match ended with a win for Purbrook.
