The supporters of Verwood FC booed when Leamington Spa AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohamed Mohand didn't get a good kick on the ball. Verwood FC's Karim Dali Bey got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Said Asma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nordine Segni having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Verwood FC's zone, Mohamed Mohand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdenour Oudin came out of the goal and Mohamed Mohand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the match, Leamington Spa AFC's goalkeeper Nordine Segni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karim Dali Bey. Karim Dali Bey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute Boubekeur Beloufa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdenour Oudin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Said Asma made a kick off. Nordine Segni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Said Asma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mohamed Mohand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Abdenour Oudin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nordine Segni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Said Asma's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Mohamed Mohand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Leamington Spa AFC's Azzam El Kounya got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Karim Dali Bey made a precise shot to the right of Nordine Segni.
