Spectators: 6733 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 0) Gilmorton FC's Anis Hadfi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Ayoub Boulebda notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gilmorton FC's Rahim Haddou. Rahim Haddou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Gilmorton FC's zone, Mamaar Boulebda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rahim Haddou came out of the goal and Mamaar Boulebda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anis Hadfi in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fayçal Rezzoug prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sofiane Bestandji hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 19 minutes of play, Exmouth FC's Chahine Kouri made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rahim Haddou was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anis Hadfi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdelaziz Teissiers short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Fayçal Rezzoug to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anis Hadfi in the 31st minute of play forced Exmouth FC's goalkeeper Fayçal Rezzoug to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rahim Haddou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chahine Kouri in the 35th minute of the match. If Sabri Boukhari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Exmouth FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chahine Kouri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Mamaar Boulebda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sabri Boukhari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chahine Kouri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Gilmorton FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Abdelaziz Teissier hit a great ball. With a little luck, Gilmorton FC's Rahim Haddou got control of the ball when Mamaar Boulebda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anis Hadfi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fayçal Rezzoug having to make a save. Fayçal Rezzoug showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anis Hadfi in the 67th minute of the match. After 74th play minutes Anis Hadfi shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Fayçal Rezzoug and just under the crossbar into goal. Fayçal Rezzoug showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabri Boukhari, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Fayçal Rezzoug took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anis Hadfi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Gilmorton FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Mokhtar Messaoudi hit a great ball. Mamaar Boulebda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Rahim Haddou made a huge save. In the 91st of the match, Chahine Kouri tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Rahim Haddou got in the way and made a wonderful save. The supporters of Gilmorton FC booed when Exmouth FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ayoub Boulebda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Exmouth FC's Fayçal Rezzoug played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anis Hadfi in the 96th minute of play. Anis Hadfi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Gilmorton FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Exmouth FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Exmouth FC.
