Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Laïd Ammour made the kick off which started today's match. If Habib Saïb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 5 minutes into the match, Yacine Guellil dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mouloud Yenicheri, 1-0. In the 9thth minute of the game Laïd Ammour who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Taverham United's Mouloud Yenicheri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bellemou Boukensa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mouloud Yenicheri having to interfere. Mouloud Yenicheri was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Laïd Ammour showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 12 minute of play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Waterloo and South Bank United's goalkeeper Khelifa Massi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Bellemou Boukensa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Waterloo and South Bank United's supporters rose to their feet, but Bellemou Boukensa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mouloud Yenicheri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Habib Saïb struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Khelifa Massi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taverham United. When Taverham United's Habib Saïb in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Waterloo and South Bank United's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Waterloo and South Bank United defense, Nabil Ali kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Khelifa Massi. The Waterloo and South Bank United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Khelifa Massi should have stopped the shot. After 31 played minutes Waterloo and South Bank United got a freekick which was hit by Laïd Ammour. Bellemou Boukensa had several of the Taverham United's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 36 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Mouloud Yenicheri as he didn't even see the shot coming. Habib Saïb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Taverham United's Mouloud Yenicheri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laïd Ammour in the 44th minute of play. Laïd Ammour received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mouloud Yenicheri came out and tried to block the shot, but Laïd Ammour slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Taverham United's Ghani Metref suffered a concussion after 52 minutes and had to leave the field. After 52 minutes, Yacine Guellil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Waterloo and South Bank United and the Taverham United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd match minute, Waterloo and South Bank United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yacine Guellil to maneuver through the defense. Laïd Ammour struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Mouloud Yenicheri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Waterloo and South Bank United. 61 minutes into the match, Taverham United's goal looked a bit too open when Laïd Ammour came free, but Mouloud Yenicheri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Waterloo and South Bank United's Khelifa Massi got control of the ball when Nabil Ali tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yacine Guellil got his second yellow card in the match during the 67th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Waterloo and South Bank United getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Yacine Guellil hit a great ball. Bellemou Boukensa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Mouloud Yenicheri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bechir Aflelou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Waterloo and South Bank United's Miloud Kazi-Tani got a free kick in the 81st minute. After having played for 83 minutes, Habib Saïb managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taverham United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Habib Saïb was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th match minute, Waterloo and South Bank United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laïd Ammour to maneuver through the defense. Mouloud Yenicheri came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Waterloo and South Bank United's Bellemou Boukensa. But to his dismay, Bellemou Boukensa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Taverham United's Nabil Ali got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Habib Saïb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Khelifa Massi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Zoubir Reddad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taverham United's supporters rose to their feet, but Zoubir Reddad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Khelifa Massi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Taverham United players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Waterloo and South Bank United.
