A collision led to Cambridge FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Adil Brahmia hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Rochdi Mezali could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Abdelkrim Rezkallah made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cheikh Racim in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nouh Haddadj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nouh Haddadj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cheikh Racim, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Nouh Haddadj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cheikh Racim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bodmin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hamza Rahouli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saber Zeghni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Abdelkrim Rezkallah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bodmin's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
