Spectators: 6744 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1744, VIP seats: 0) Adil Attaf made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Faouzi Bendjedid managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matlock's supporters rose to their feet, but Faouzi Bendjedid was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brahim Izghen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Upwell United's goalkeeper Brahim Izghen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Matlock was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kader El Ouafi to maneuver through the defense. Kendi Belmellat acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 20th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Baligh Chadli. When Islam Adjimi fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Upwell United's protests and gave Islam Adjimi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Islam Adjimi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Mohamed Bedrina came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Matlock fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamed Bedrina couldn't finish the play. Kendi Belmellat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adil Attaf in the 40th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Faouzi Bendjedid stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mohamed Bedrina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brahim Izghen having to interfere. In the 64th minute Adil Attaf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kendi Belmellat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 played minutes Matlock got a freekick which was hit by Ilyes Masmouda. Adil Attaf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Adil Attaf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kendi Belmellat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faouzi Bendjedid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brahim Izghen having to interfere. Adil Attaf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Kendi Belmellat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Upwell United's Islam Adjimi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kendi Belmellat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Islam Adjimi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adil Attaf charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adil Attaf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adil Attaf hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute Faouzi Bendjedid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brahim Izghen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Matlock's goal looked a bit too open when Islam Adjimi came free, but Kendi Belmellat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
