Spectators: 6759 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 0) Atik Rimitti made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Madjid Bachdjerrah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nacer Drioueche. Haworth's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Madjid Bachdjerrah was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Nordine Belaout stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Atik Rimitti's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Smaïn Guerroum in the 14th minute of play forced St Annes on Sea's goalkeeper Nordine Belaout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nacer Drioueche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samy Zaccari, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. If Madjid Bachdjerrah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nacer Drioueche was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Tahar Amri capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tahar Amri really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atik Rimitti in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nordine Belaout prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abderraouf Khendu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Samy Zaccari managed to get in a good position for a shot. St Annes on Sea's supporters rose to their feet, but Samy Zaccari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nacer Drioueche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samy Zaccari stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Samy Zaccari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Nacer Drioueche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 55 played minutes Haworth got a freekick which was hit by Smaïn Guerroum. With a little luck, St Annes on Sea's Nordine Belaout got control of the ball when Abderraouf Khendu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Madjid Bachdjerrah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Samy Zaccari came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the St Annes on Sea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samy Zaccari couldn't finish the play. St Annes on Sea's Nordine Belaout proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save St Annes on Sea from getting a goal against them. Samy Zaccari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nacer Drioueche having to interfere. Bazga Selmi struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Nacer Drioueche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for St Annes on Sea. Makhlouf El Kebir kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. If Bayna Ouatah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tahar Amri charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tahar Amri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd match minute, St Annes on Sea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tahar Amri to maneuver through the defense. Nordine Belaout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atik Rimitti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abderraouf Khendu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nordine Belaout having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Haworth's goal looked a bit too open when Samy Zaccari came free, but Nacer Drioueche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atik Rimitti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Haworth's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
