If Cherif Boulmerka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Cherif Boulmerka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Bechir Banou Attyya successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cherif Boulmerka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Bechir Banou Attyya made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elias Dahleb made a kick off. Rayan Hamruche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Bechir Banou Attyya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, Rabie Benhamou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.C Milano the free kick. A collision led to Colne getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. The supporters of Colne booed when A.C Milano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yanis Ali didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Cherif Boulmerka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colne's supporters rose to their feet, but Cherif Boulmerka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bechir Banou Attyya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
